Speedwire is configured in the Internet browser. Please choose from the instructions below based on what Internet browser you use.

Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer from your computer’s start menu
2. Click on the ‘Tools’ menu
3. Choose ‘Internet Options’ from the list provided
4. Select the ‘Connections’ tab
5. Hit the ‘LAN Settings’ button
6. Check the box that says “Use a proxy server for your LAN”
7. For the address enter speedwire.reachone.com
8. For the port use 8000
9. Click “OK”, then “Apply”, then “OK” again.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Launch Firefox and click on the ‘Firefox’ or ‘Tools’ menu
2. Click on ‘Options’ and wait for it to open the options window
3. Click on the ‘Advanced’ button and then the ‘Network’ tab
4. Click on the ‘Settings’ button in the ‘Connection’ section
5. Select ‘Manual proxy configuration’
6. Enter speedwire.reachone.com as the HTTP Proxy and 8000 as the port number
7. Click OK, then OK again
